PROPOZICE  RBR-CUP 2024

1. CHAMPIONSHIP + REGISTRATION

The RBR-CUP 2024 championship is open to all riders of all nationalities.
To start in the championship, you just need to own an RBR-CUP license, which you get by registering and paying the entry fee, more in the section

2. DAMAGE + SUPERALLY

- Realistic damage to cars.
- Superally will be active during the race and if a driver retires, he will be reinstated before the start of the final stage and thus have a chance to gain at least points within the Powerstage.
- all races will have two SupeRally checkpoints:
(at the end of the first stage and before the Powerstage)

4. CALENDAR RBR-CUP 2024 = 12 RACE

- The championship will include a total of 12 races, of which 6 races will be evaluated with an additional coefficient of x 1.5 from the calculation of the championship's basic scoring table.
- Race = 85 km +/- 15 km
- Races with coefficient = 125 km +/- 25 km
- Service during the race, always 30 minutes, after the stage 60 minutes
- If the driver finishes the race after midnight and the final evaluation of the Rally is completed, any championship points won will not be counted.
The 10 best results from 12 races in the season will be counted in the overall ranking.

The official test will not be organized by the organizer, it will be created only on tracks that are not freely available and each driver will get 2 passes of the given test.
The rider is obliged to register for each race on the website of the plugin, as is customary.
Additional registrations are only exceptionally possible after agreement if it is technically possible.

REGISTRATION for each race is required on the plugin, where the driver registers himself and the vehicle he starts with. The registration deadline ends 30 hours before the start, i.e. on Monday 23:59. Later registration is not possible, only in case of serious reasons after notification of the championship management.

7. SCORING TEAMS

- 2 nominated drivers from one team score points in each class. Groups for overall team ranking

RC1 or Rally1, RC2, RC3 a WRC

- Team managers who want to participate in the team cup must nominate their riders on the RBR Czech plugin website no later than 30 hours before the start of the event. After this deadline, it will no longer be possible to nominate riders.

Cups have their own team scoring that does not affect the overall team scoring.
This year, for the first time, REGISTRATION will also be required for the team. More in the section

8. CARS + TIRES

- All cars allowed in the RBR Czech plug-in RC1 or Rally1, RC2, RC3 and WRC classes
All RGT, RC4 and Group HA cars will be allowed in the cup


In races with a coefficient, it is mandatory to select only certain tires and their number usable during the races. Information about the number and type of tires will always be published before the race in the section where there is information about the race and on Facebook. In the case of a wrong choice, a penalty of + 2:00s follows for each stage where the wrong tires were used

If a non-factory driver enters a race with a factory RC1 vehicle, he will be removed from the start list without notification.

9. PENALTY

- If the plugin awards a rider a penalty that the rider believes is unjustified, it will send an email to this address requesting deletion:
rbrcup@email.cz
with the subject of the message PENALTY . The mail must contain the driver's name according to the plugin, the type of car he is starting with. The driver uploads the replay from the relevant stage to the plugin website or as a recording, e.g. on YouTube. If everything is in order, the penalty will be deleted. If not, he will be contacted as to why the penalty was not deleted.

10.CONTROL OF SHORTING, SETUPS, RESETS

The shortening check will take place unscheduled for different riders and groups. You just need to upload the replay to a plugin or publish the recording, for example, on YouTube
Replay can be requested from any rider!. In this case, that rider will be contacted via PM.
Each driver is obliged to keep the replay of the race for 48 hours after the end of the race!
 

Penalty
1x track shortening - 30s
2x track shortening - 1:00s
3x shortening of the track - exclusion from the race


- Shortening the track is considered when the vehicle intentionally leaves the stage track with all 4 wheels by more than half the width of the vehicle!
- Intentionally breaking through the retarder will be penalized by 30s.

The car settings must match the valid car physics. Only setup that can be set directly in RBR is allowed. In the case of detection of a modified car setup, the driver will be excluded from the competition and his annual license will be revoked.

RESETS will not be allowed when the game crashes with Crash status on stage.
If the status is Not joined the stage, it is possible to enable the reset without problems.

11. POWERSTAGE

- POWERSTAGE i.e. special stage where bonus points will be awarded to the best drivers in this stage. The Powerstage must always be the last stage in the race and must be preceded by a service and a superally point. Its length is not determined.
Bonus points will be distributed as follows:


Absolute order 1 to 10 instead of 20,18,16,14,12,10,8,6,4,2
Groups 1 to 5 instead of 10,8,6,4,2


The points obtained on POWERSTAGE will then be added to the overall rating and to the rating in the group.
For races with a coefficient of x1.5, the points earned in the POWERSTAGE are also increased!

12. Qualifications & SHAKEDOWN

A novelty in the 2024 season will be the inclusion of a qualification test as part of the shakedown before the start.
This test will be run before each race and it will be possible to get bonus seconds for the race. A classic shakedown will also take place during the qualification and the duration will be extended to 5 days.

There will always be 1 test, which will be 3 passes. The first two will serve as shakedown and the last 3 passes will be taken as QUALIFICATION.
BONUS for riders:
Drivers in 1st to 5th place within each championship group (RC1 or Rally1, RC2, RC3, WRC) will receive bonus seconds for the race where they will be deducted from the RZ1 results.
1st place - 5s
2nd place - 4s
3rd place -3s
4th place -2s
5th place -1s

Drivers in 1st to 5th place within each championship group (RC1 or Rally1, RC2, RC3, WRC) will receive bonus seconds for the race where they will be deducted from the SS1 results.

QUALIFICATION is not announced for cup groups RC4, RGT and HA. They will be allowed to start.

13. FACTORY TEAMS + BRAND SCORING

Another novelty will be the introduction of factory teams, which will be assigned cars of the RC1 or Rally1 group, the point is that the strongest cars will be more premium and there will be a maximum of 16 of them at the start.
8 teams will be selected according to the registrations that run out during November.


The drawing of teams and brands will take place on 1/12/2023 at 12:00


Each team will receive 2 RC1 or Rally1 vehicles for the season.
Within the Rally1 or RC1 group, the scoring of the brands will also be counted, which has no influence on the teams themselves and can only be taken as such a supplement and an interesting element.

14. PRIZES

The announcement will take place in November 2024 in Jihlava(CZE) and cups and material prizes will be awarded.

15. CUP´s

During the season, 5 cups will be held in groups RC4, RGT and HA.
 

JUNIOR CUP IN RC4:

Designed for riders up to and including 25 years of age. REGISTRATION is required, where you also need to state that you are registering for the Junior RC4 Cup and write your date of birth.
This cup will be awarded at the first 10 races in the RBR-CUP 2024 season and the best 8 results will count.

For juniors within the cup, each race ends after the 1.leg, but the driver can start in the 2.leg within the RC4 Cup or just to complete the entire rally, but the 2.leg will not have any influence on the results of the Junior Cup.
 

The main prize for the winner will be the opportunity to start in the 11th and 12th race in the 2024 RBR-CUP season with a factory car RC1 or Rally1

RC4 CUP:
The RC4 CUP will be announced at all races and the top 10 results will count. Special registration is not required.

RC1 Trophy:
The RC1 Trophy will be announced at all races and the top 10 results will count. Special registration is not required. For vehicles of the RC1 group up to the year of manufacture 2017.

RGT CUP:
The RGT CUP will be announced at all races and the top 10 results will count. Special registration is not required.


HISTORIC CUP (HA):

The HISTORIC CUP will be announced at all races and the 10 best results will count. Only HA group vehicles are allowed. Special registration is not required.

16. NEW STAGES

Due to fair play conditions, each new stages must be released min. 7 days in advance at least in the form of online riding or be a test for all riders where it will be possible to ride the given stages min. 8 times.
